PARTICIPANT SPOTLIGHT

From Coworkers to “Hot Girl Walkers”

When a casual email about wellness events landed in the inboxes of Miron Construction employees, no one expected it would spark a new tradition. What began as a small team signing up for the Ascension 5K Run/Walk at the Community First Fox Cities Marathon Presented by Miron Construction has grown into something bigger: connection, confidence, and their very own annual “hot girl walk.”

More than just a stroll, these walks have become a celebration of teamwork, gratitude, and showing up—for themselves and for each other.

👉 Discover how Miron’s team turned a single event into a tradition that inspires wellness and camaraderie.
