We’re busy planning for our weekend of events with new COVID safety protocols. As such, the status of the 2021 Community First Fox Cities Marathon weekend of events is subject to change at any time. Our staff is working with local officials to develop the protocols for our events to make the races and surrounding events as safe as possible for our participants and volunteers.
We will share information as it’s available. In the meantime … stay positive, stay healthy and keep moving!

TRANSFER TO ANOTHER PERSON, Change RACE Distance or Switch from Virtual to In-Person or vice versa
You can switch events or transfer your entry to another participant on the Registration page of the website. There is a $15 administrative fee for switching events and transferring your entry. If you switch to a higher entry fee event, you must pay the difference. All switches must be done online prior to 11:59 p.m. on September 16, 2021. You may only switch to a different event IF the event that you want to switch to STILL HAS AVAILABILITY. In other words, if the half marathon is sold out, you may not switch from another event into the half marathon. Switching events or transferring entries MAY be available at the expo depending on race availability.
You can switch from our in-person to virtual events and vice versa through Sept. 1, 2021. There isn’t a charge for the change. If you switch to a higher entry fee, you must pay the difference.
All 2021 Event Changes require your original GETMEREGISTERED.COM transaction code.
Participants are discouraged from running an event other than the one that they are registered for. Those who choose to do so on race day will be able to cross the finish line and collect a finisher medal, but they will not appear in the posted results for the event.

Note: Should we reach capacity before registration is over, we reserve the right to close without notice. These events do sell out, so you’ll want to take advantage of early registration and reduced rates and guaranteed participation by registering as soon as possible. Also note that on-site registration may not be available for any events.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Can’t make it to the Expo to pick up your packet? Can’t have someone pick it up for you? We have the solution! For just $25 you can pre-order the option to pick up your packet on race morning at the Start Line. If you missed the expo and didn’t pre-order this, you can still show up on race morning and for $40 you can pick up packet and head to the Start Line. Want to avoid this fee? Then enjoy all that the OSMS Health & Wellness Expo has to offer with great deals, the latest in running gear and other races ready to tell you more about their events. If you already registered and now want to add the Race Day Packet Pick-Up to your Registration, just log-in and add it on now to make race weekend go smoothly!
Please note that the Fox Cities Marathon reserves the right to reject any entry. Also, we adhere to the standard marathon running industry policy. All entry fees and ancillary purchases are non-refundable. This is noted on our registration application, and when you register for any of our events you must agree to this policy. There are NO exceptions.
