Edison Elementary

Students participated in the Kids Fun Run held Friday evening at Fox Cities Stadium, home of the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers, and were thrilled to help their school earn prize money.

Principal Kate Schmeltzer shared: “We are so grateful for the 2nd place ($500) prize money we received. With the money, we were able to restock our playground equipment cart. We ordered new items like ladder ball, bean bag toss, long jump ropes, kickball bases, chalk, footballs, soccer balls, and much more!”

The excitement for this year’s School Challenge is already building, with 16 schools currently signed up to participate. In 2025, 21 schools from across the Fox Cities took part in the program.
