Crawford, a USA Track & Field Certified Official for Racewalking, will not only answer questions during the clinic, but will actively assist racewalkers in refining their form. This interactive clinic, featuring live demonstrations, expects attendees to actively participate, practicing walking techniques in real time. To get the most out of this engaging session, participants are encouraged to come prepared with proper footwear for walking, dressed in comfortable attire and equipped with sun protection and a water bottle.
