2024 Registration Now Open

APPLETON, Wis. (Feb. 15, 2024) – The 33^rd annual Community First Fox Cities Marathon Presented by Miron Construction is excited to announce registration for the 2024 weekend of events, taking place Sept. 20-22, is now open. Participants are encouraged to take advantage of early bird prices and register now to receive the lowest registration prices of the year.

“We are thrilled to welcome runners and walkers to register now for all of our events. There is a race for every goal, ability and pace with a 5K, 10K, relay marathon, half marathon and full marathon, kids run and diaper dash/toddler trot,” Julie Johnson, race director, explained. “Time and time again we are told how this race is unlike any other race out there and it’s because of the support from our local communities. We encourage everyone to sign up for a race weekend event. Registration prices will never be lower than they are now.”

Registration for this year’s events incorporates several bonus features and add-ons designed to help participants maximize their experience and save money:

• Opportunity to enter to win a $1,000 airline gift certificate from Appleton International Airport with Saturday and Sunday event registration.
• Savings when participants choose both a Saturday and Sunday event.
• Incentives for referring family and friends.

New this year, the Community First Fox Cities Marathon has been selected as the third quarter reunion race with the 50 States Marathon Club. As a reunion race, the event is expected to attract members from throughout the U.S. who strive to complete a marathon in all 50 states. The Fox Cities Marathon was previously a reunion race for the group in 2015 and 2006.
