2023 medals and shirts revealed ahead of July 1 price increase

The Community First Fox Cities Marathon Presented by Miron Construction is reminding participants to register by 11:59 p.m. on June 30 to take advantage of the lowest prices for its race weekend events, taking place Sept. 15-17, 2023.

By registering before July 1, participants can save:

• $10 on the Community First Fox Cities Marathon
• $10 on the ThedaCare Half Marathon

The OSMS Relay Marathon, SCHEELS 10K Run/Walk and Ascension 5K Run/Walk maintain their registration prices until Aug. 1. The Guardian Kids Fun Run and the Huggies^® Diaper Dash and Toddler Trot maintain their registration prices up until Sept. 15.

If savings on registration prices aren’t enough to encourage participants to sign up for the Fox Cities Marathon weekend of events, the design for this year’s race medals and shirts definitely will be.

“Each medal has seven sides on it symbolizing the seven Fox Valley communities the Fox Cities Marathon runs through,” explained race director, Julie Johnson. “We’re also excited to announce that our race shirts will once again have their own color based on their event. Our high-quality technical shirts feature bright colors to provide high visibility and safety to runners year-round.”

Race organizers also want to remind participants of two exclusive purchase opportunities available to add to their cart when registering for any of the Fox Cities Marathon events:

1. WisconsRUN limited edition commemorative shirt from Leslie Jordan. This long-sleeved technical shirt is only available for order through Aug. 1.
2. WisconsRun bibSnaps which provides a secure, reusable and easy way to fasten running bibs to their clothes on race day.
